Bakuriani which is the oldest ski resort in Georgia is divided into three parts: Didveli, Kokohta, Mitarbi
Based on the altitude of 1861 meters it guarantees great skiing conditions, the winter season last here 4 -5 months and this light slopes are perfect place for children and beginners. You will find 14 km of tracked trails, 3 chairlifts and one gondola.
Bakuriani was opened in 1935 but it is mostly known because of it’s skijumps setup in 1945 – 47.
Kokohta, Mitarbi and Didveli – well – groomed and almost empty ski slopes, you ski between three peaks Didveli (1861 m.) Kokohta 2 (2255 m.) and Mitarbi (1500 m.). The investments from last years are visible and the resort develops rapidly. 2019 Bakuriani will host World Championships in ski Jumping.
